Vakfımız da görevli kıymetli başkanlarımızın yeni kimlikleri, Genel Merkezde elden, ıslak imza karşılığı teslim edilecek, posta ile gönderim sağlanmayacaktır.

İptal edilen kimlik örneği ve yeni kullanıma geçen GEÇERLİ TÜMKUV KİMLİK örneği aşağıda gösterilmiştir.

30-09-2026 Çarşamba gününden itibaren eski kimlikleri kullanmak yasaktır, kullananlar hakkında yasal işlem başlatılacaktır.

On September 23, 2026, in New York, on the margins of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, and the President of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, Dr. Khalilur Rahman. During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the work of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, strengthening peace and security, the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, climate and sustainable development.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs paid particular attention to Tajikistan’s initiatives in the field of water, preparations for the 2028 UN Water Conference in Dushanbe and the process of developing the Dushanbe Water Framework, and also highlighted Tajikistan’s initiative on the International Decade of Strengthening Peace for Future Generations for 2027–2036. The sides also discussed the security situation in the region and threats posed by terrorism, extremism, illicit drug and arms trafficking, and underscored their readiness to continue close cooperation within the framework of the United Nations.

23 Eylül 2026 tarihinde, New York’ta, Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu’nun 81. oturumunun Yüksek Düzeyli Haftası çerçevesinde, Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanı Sayın Sirojiddin Muhriddin ile Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu’nun 81. oturumunun Başkanı Dr. Halilur Rahman arasında bir görüşme gerçekleştirildi. Görüşmede taraflar, Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu’nun 81. oturumunun çalışmaları, barış ve güvenliğin güçlendirilmesi, Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedeflerinin uygulanması, iklim ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma konularını ele aldılar.

Dışişleri Bakanı, Tacikistan’ın su alanındaki girişimlerine, Duşanbe’de düzenlenecek 2028 BM Su Konferansı hazırlıklarına ve Duşanbe Su Çerçeve Anlaşması’nın geliştirilme sürecine özel önem verdi ve ayrıca Tacikistan’ın 2027-2036 yılları için Gelecek Nesiller İçin Barışı Güçlendirme Uluslararası On Yılı girişimini vurguladı. Taraflar ayrıca bölgedeki güvenlik durumunu ve terörizm, aşırıcılık, yasadışı uyuşturucu ve silah kaçakçılığının oluşturduğu tehditleri ele aldılar ve Birleşmiş Milletler çerçevesinde yakın işbirliğine devam etme konusundaki istekliliklerini vurguladılar.

23 Eylül 2026 tarihinde, Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu’nun 81. oturumu çerçevesinde, Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanı Sayın Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Dijital İşbirliği Teşkilatı (DCO) Genel Sekreteri Sayın Deemah Al Yahya ile bir görüşme gerçekleştirdi.

Taraflar, dijital kalkınma alanındaki iş birliğinin geliştirilmesini görüştüler, devam eden iş birliklerini gözden geçirdiler ve Genel Sekreterin Duşanbe’ye yapacağı yaklaşan ziyarete ilişkin değerlendirmelerde bulundular.

Bakan ayrıca, Tacikistan’ın BM Genel Kurulu’nda sunduğu yapay zekâya ilişkin kararlar da dahil olmak üzere, ulusal dijital öncelikleri özetledi. Yapay zekâ, dijital kamu altyapısı, siber güvenlik, dijital beceriler ve girişimcilerin desteklenmesi konularında iş birliği fırsatlarının önemi vurgulandı.

On 23 September 2026, on the margins of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting with Ms. Deemah Al Yahya, Secretary‑General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO).

The parties discussed the advancement of cooperation in digital development and reviewed ongoing collaboration, as well as looked ahead to the Secretary‑General’s upcoming visit to Dushanbe.

The Minister also outlined national digital priorities, including resolutions on artificial intelligence put forward by Tajikistan in the UN General Assembly. Opportunities for cooperation in artificial intelligence, digital public infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital skills and support for startups were emphasized.

23 Eylül 2026’da, New York’ta, Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu’nun 81. oturumunun Yüksek Düzeyli Haftası çerçevesinde, Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanı Sirojiddin Muhriddin ile BM Genel Sekreter Yardımcısı ve Birleşmiş Milletler Ekonomik ve Sosyal İşler Dairesi (UNDESA) Başkanı Li Junhua arasında bir görüşme gerçekleştirildi.

Dışişleri Bakanı, Tacikistan’ın su ve buzullar alanındaki girişimlerine verdiği destek ve 2026’da düzenlenecek Dördüncü Duşanbe Su Konferansı’na katkılarından dolayı UNDESA’ya teşekkürlerini ifade ederek, 2028’de Duşanbe’de düzenlenecek BM Su Konferansı hazırlıklarında ve Duşanbe Su Çerçeve Anlaşması’nın geliştirilmesinde devam eden iş birliğinin önemini vurguladı. On 23 September 2026, in New York, on the margins of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, and Li Junhua, UN Under-Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA).

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of Tajikistan’s cooperation with UNDESA, the global water agenda, climate change, glacier preservation and sustainable development.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed appreciation to UNDESA for its support for Tajikistan’s initiatives in the field of water and glaciers, as well as for its contribution to the organization of the Fourth Dushanbe Water Conference in 2026, emphasizing the importance of continued cooperation in preparations for the 2028 UN Water Conference in Dushanbe and the development of the Dushanbe Water Framework. The sides also discussed preparations for the 2028 Conference, including the organization of a high-level preparatory meeting at UN Headquarters in 2027 and the engagement of UN entities in the preparatory process.

On September 23, 2026, in New York, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, participated in a working meeting of the foreign ministers of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

The heads of the foreign ministries exchanged views on topical issues of the agenda of the UN General Assembly session.

The parties also reviewed the agenda of the forthcoming session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and the progress of preparations for it.

On September 23, 2026, a signing ceremony of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles on the exemption from visa requirements for holders of valid diplomatic, service, official and ordinary passports for short-term stays was held in New York.

The Agreement was signed by H.E. Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, and H.E. Mr. Barry Jude Jean Faure, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Seychelles, in the presence of H.E. Mr. Patrick Herminie, President of the Republic of Seychelles.

During the ceremony, in addition to signing the agreement, the parties exchanged views on the current state and future prospects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Under the signed Agreement, nationals of each Party who are holders of valid diplomatic, service, official and ordinary passports are exempt from visa requirements for entry into, exit from, transit through and temporary stay in the territory of the other Party for a period of up to thirty (30) days.
