On April 19, 2024, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Korea S. Kirom met with the President of Yeungnam University in Korea, Choi Oе-chool.

The meeting focused on establishing cooperation between universities in Tajikistan and South Korea, particularly in training on sustainable development including exchange of experience in rural development based on «Saemaul Undong» Program.
