On November 20, 2024, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Ismatullo Nasredin met with the expert of the Monitoring Group, the Sanctions Committee №1267/1989/2253 the United Nations Security Council Sanctions Committee №1988 Esther Zubiri.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the issues related to coordination of the UN Member States countering the terrorist threats, exchanged views on the current security situation in Central Asia and agreed to strengthen cooperation in the areas mutual interest.
