On April 3, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Manuel P. Micaller.

 

 

 

During the meeting, bilateral relations between Tajikistan and the United States in the political, economic, humanitarian spheres and security cooperation were discussed, as well as an exchange of views took place on the use of broad opportunities for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the programs of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

On March 7th 2023, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Muzaffar Huseinzoda received the copies of Credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Manuel P. Micaller.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current state and prospects for development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and the USA and other issues of mutual interest.

The Deputy Foreign Minister congratulated the Ambassador of the USA on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission in Tajikistan.
